Pause. Breathe. Bloom.
Yoga, Pilates, and mindful living in Florence, South Carolina because feeling good in your body matters.
Hi, I’m Laura!
I help busy people feel good in their bodies and inspired by the spaces they live in. As a Yoga, meditation, and Pilates teacher, I live at the intersection of movement and nature.
My classes and retreats are designed to slow you down, reconnect you to your breath, and remind you that you already have everything you need to thrive.
I love offering quality Yoga classes right here in Florence, SC.
“I look forward to every yoga class that Laura leads!
I thoroughly enjoy her instruction. Her classes apply to all levels of experience and ability. I use yoga for my regular exercise, but I leave Laura's classes with a feeling of complete wellness.”

Retreats & Special Events
Step away from the noise and into spaces designed to recharge your body and mind. My retreats and special events weave together movement, mindfulness, and connection, whether it’s a weekend mountain getaway, a soothing sound bath, a private group yoga session, or a surprise pop-up class.
Each experience is crafted to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and leave feeling inspired and renewed.
Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down.
It’s a practice of slowing down, connecting body and mind, and finding balance on and off the mat.
